Dan has over 30 years of experience in banking, focusing on technology and payment systems. He is also a leader in the financial industry as a former director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, Chairman of the ABA Payments Committee, a member of the ICBA Payments Committee and a former faculty of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University and the University of Mary (North Dakota). Dan has previous experience as the EVP and CIO with Community First Bank Shares, Midwest Region Executive with Bank of the West and Regional Executive with Fiserv Midwest. He also serves on the Incubator Mentor Council of the Research and Technology Park at North Dakota State University. He participated in the industry effort with the Federal Reserve culminating in the passage and implementation of the Check-21 legislation. Dan is a recognized expert in the area of financial services and payments technology.
Dan holds a Master’s Degree in Education (Teaching and Technology) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Bailey received her Master of Arts degree in Communication from the University of North Dakota in 2012. During her graduate work, she focused on completing research about the radio industry. She also received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of North Dakota, with an emphasis on media and public relations, and minored in History and Canadian Area Studies. Bailey joined the Copper River Group after teaching an introductory Public Speaking class for two years at the University of North Dakota.
Kelsey Neisen graduated from North Dakota State University with degrees in Anthropology and Public History. In 2011, she won The Center for Public Anthropology Award for Excellence in Writing on Public Issues. Kelsey previously worked in a variety of historical institutions, including Bonanzaville, USA and the North Dakota State University Archives, where she focused on the preservation of historical documents and making them available to the public for research.
